PRICES
The total rate includes: rental, agency fee, utilities, final cleaning, VAT.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully equipped.
During your stay with us, we provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 3 towels per guest (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small), shampoo, soap, body wash, all necessary bed linens and kitchen paper.
Upon request, we can provide extra cleaning and/or fresh towels and linens throughout your stay for an extra fee.
APARTMENTS: FEATURES AND AMENITIES
The features and amenities of each apartment are published and described on our website, and no other facility can be demanded once the client arrives at the property.
All apartments are self-catering.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
Guests are required to complete their online check-in and to provide a photo of their passport through our management system in accordance with public safety laws. Personal data are treated according to the privacy law EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament.

Late Arrival Fees:
After 8.30pm: €30
After midnight: €50
We will gladly accommodate early check-ins/late check-outs, provided there are no departures scheduled on the day of your arrival or arrivals on the day of your departure.
Guests are required to inform Wonder Where To Stay with their arrival details in order to be assigned a greeter who will meet them at the property and to collect the keys.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made prior to 7 days before arrival: full refund.
Cancellations made after 7 days before arrival: 50% refund.
The payment of a deposit is required upon confirmation. It can be paid by credit card visa, master card, American Express or Paypal.
In the event that the client is forced to postpone the stay, modifying and specifying the new dates of arrival and departure, with a minimum notice of 30 days from the original date of arrival, the deposit will be kept valid, in the same apartment chosen, within the same year.
RULES
Animals are not allowed in any of our facilities.
All our facilities are smoke-free. We kindly ask our clients to respect this rule.
Guests are kindly asked to provide a photocopy of their passport for every guest staying in our apartments.
It is not permitted to bring extra guests in the apartment unless their passport (or any other valid ID) has been registered.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION TAX IN ROME:
A €6.00 per person per day, applicable for up to 10 days
Implemented in compliance with GC Resolution No. 255 of 07/17/2023, as the Tourist Contribution for stays within Rome’s boundaries. Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Tenant will be shown the flat and how to use the amenities and furnishings. Tenant will be given all necessary information to assure a smooth and pleasant stay. Once Tenant is given the keys, he/she becomes the caretaker of the apartment and its furnishings. If you experience any major or minor problems with the apartment, please contact our staff as soon as possible (info@wonderwheretostay.com 9am-7pm). Wonder Where To Stay will take action to resolve the matter. Wonder Where To Stay cannot take responsibility for concerns that are not properly communicated by Tenant during the stay. Please adhere to the maximum number of occupants originally communicated. In the rare event that the flat and/or its furnishings are damaged or destroyed, Tenant is requested to immediately communicate to Wonder Where To Stay, with corresponding charges applicable. Guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival, including cleaning dishes and taking out garbage to appropriate bins. It is compulsory to recycle waste correctly for all apartments in Rome.
