The property is therefore not suitable for guests with mobility limitations or health conditions requiring step-free access.

The garden is also home to a small land turtle, which belongs to the apartment owners.

The two-room apartment boasts a spacious living room, which on occurrence can host two extra guests on the queen size sofa bed. The piano located in the generous day area is free to use for guests who desire to sweeten their stay with some music. For the culinary enthusiasts the kitchen provides all the necessary equipment for indulging in home-cooked meals.
