Spread over 120 sqm on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a well-connected building just a 3-minute walk from Termini Station, this bright, design-forward apartment is built for families and groups who want space without giving up the center of Rome.
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep up to 10 guests — 8 across the bedrooms plus a sofa bed for 2 in the living room — so everyone gets their own corner to unwind in. One bedroom even has a fun loft-bed setup, a hit with kids. The open living and dining area is done in warm grey tones with a sectional sofa, while the bedrooms switch to warm wood flooring, including one with a striking black-and-gold botanical accent wall. One of the bathrooms is finished in dramatic light marble-effect tile with a rain shower.
Air conditioning runs through every room (bathrooms excluded), and the fully equipped kitchen — oven, induction hob, microwave — makes it easy to cook a real meal after a day of sightseeing. A washing machine is on hand for longer stays.
